While the Hazel Score-based trigger can be set for routine and complaint inspections, it cannot be set for reinspections. This is because a Hazel Score is not assigned to reinspections in FSI due to several factors (i.e., reinspections are often limited in scope compared to other inspection types and rarely receive violations) which may skew a brand's data.
