The CAM module is an add-on to the FSI platform, and must be enabled by your Hazel Account Manager. If CAM is not currently enabled, please reach out to your Account Manager or contact support@hazelanalytics.com for more information.
Once enabled, you will be able to assign, monitor, and manage corrective actions and set triggers. Although Hierarchy-Based Access Control (HBAC) is not required to use the CAM module, having HBAC set up will greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corrective action automation, and is recommended for optimal experience. If you do not have HBAC enabled, or need to update your hierarchies or user list, please reach out to your Hazel Account Manager.
