A corrective action is an assigned task created in response to a violation that is meant to correct the violation and prevent recurrences in the future. Corrective Action Management (CAM) is a module in the FSI platform that allows food safety teams to set up automated workflows to create, assign, and complete corrective actions and monitor progress through reporting.
