After a corrective action is created it must be assigned, either manually by a full user, or automatically through a trigger with auto-assign enabled. Once assigned, a notification is sent via email to the assignee. Once the assignee receives the notification email, they can then access the inspection details and fill out the corrective action in the FSI platform. If the assignee does not have a FSI account, they will be directed to the guest access user portal first. The corrective action status is always visible on the Inspection Details page, and, once completed, will show the steps taken by the assignee to resolve the corrective action.
