This usually means that your Hierarchy-Based Access Control (HBAC) has changed, and the user was assigned to a node in your hierarchy that does not match up with the corrective actions that were assigned. You can either choose to reassign the corrective actions or contact your Hazel Account Manager to resolve the issue.
