Triggers can be set by FSI full access accounts only i.e. corporate Food Safety/Compliance teams.
Triggers are used to automate the creation and assignment of corrective actions (response plans). For each inspection type (routine, reinspection, complaint), you can set thresholds to create corrective actions, and whether to automatically assign these corrective actions based on your Hierarchy Based Access Control.
To create or set Corrective Action Triggers, click the edit button to update these thresholds, or to make a specific trigger active or inactive.
