The status of a corrective action indicates the stage that it is in. Here are the five stages:
- Inactive: A full user has decided that a corrective action is not necessary for the related violation. If needed, the corrective action can be turned on later, changing its status from "Inactive" to "Unassigned".
- Unassigned: There is no assignee for the corrective action yet. A full user will need to assign it to a user to complete the corrective action.
- Open: The corrective action has been assigned and needs to be completed by the assignee on or before the due date.
- Overdue: The corrective action has not been completed by the assigned due date.
- Closed: The corrective action has been filled out and completed by the assignee.
