No. If a user who does not have a FSI account is assigned a corrective action, that user will receive a link to a guest user page (see figures below). The user will be prompted to confirm their identity via email, which will instantly grant them the limited access needed to complete the corrective action. However, creating FSI accounts for those assigned corrective actions will help with the automation of the CAM module.
