Recipients of weekly and daily inspection digest emails in FSI will receive summary information on CAM/corrective actions. However, only assignees of corrective actions will receive specific notification emails for each corrective action they've been assigned.
Assignees of corrective actions may receive emails on four different occasions:
- Recently assigned: Assignees will receive this initial email shortly after a corrective action has been assigned to them. These typically go out every even hour between 5am and 1pm PST. If you assign a corrective action later in the day, the email alert may be sent the following morning.
- Midway reminder: Assignees will receive a reminder email halfway between the date when the corrective action was assigned and the due date. If the corrective action was completed before this midway point, this email will not be sent.
- 24-hour reminder: If a corrective action is not completed by 24 hours before the due date, the assignee will receive a final reminder email. This will be the last email reminder the assignee will receive before the corrective action's due date occurs.
- Overdue reminder: These are a series of reminder emails that will be sent 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks after the due date. For example, if a corrective action was due June 13th and hasn't been completed by then, the first email of this series will be sent on June 20th.
Of these four email types, only the initial ("Recently assigned") email is guaranteed. The completion of a corrective action stops any further emails from being sent.
