FSI (Food Safety Insights), currently provides five types of user-configurable email alerts (see below for steps and video). To configure an email alert:
- Log into the FSI platform
- Navigate and click on the user profile icon in the top-right
- Select "Update Email Settings" in the dropdown
The five types of email alerts are:
- Daily/Weekly Summaries (includes Corrective Action status alerts if you use Hazel's Corrective Action Module)
- High Frequency Inspections
- Keyword Alerts
- Consumer Complaints Alerts
- Facility Closure Alerts (for full access/admin users only)
