High Frequency Inspection alerts are sent whenever a single facility is inspected three or more times within a 90-day window. This notification is to alert users to high risk facilities that are not addressing food safety violations repeatedly. These alerts usually consist of a routine inspection followed by a follow-up inspection then a second follow-up inspection.
