Hazel uses an automatic algorithm to try and match the true name and true address of the facility with the name and address that the jurisdiction has on file. However, sometimes the algorithm may fail to make a match due to typos, alternate addresses, use of legal entity name by the jurisdiction, or other reasons. Hazel is able to implement a manual matching process to make corrections or additions in this case. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or submit a ticket through the Help Center to address any missing facilities.
